REO Manager

The REO Manager is responsible for managing the marketing and sale process of REO (Real Estate Owned) properties throughout the US. Average portfolio size is 150 assets with a value approximating 20 million dollars.

Job Responsibilities include:

Review comparable market data to the original Broker Price Opinion (BPO) and recommend an initial list price to management for the sale of the asset.  Prepare Broker Listing Agreements with supporting documentation; submit for management approval.  Review offers made by the broker on behalf of the potential buyers; submit counter offers.

Request marketing status reports from the brokers and review data for price reductions.  Prepare and submit the case proposal to management for the approval to sell the property.  Review and approve bids for property maintenance; authorize invoice payments for completed work. 

Basic Minimum Requirements:

Two to three years of real estate or real estate appraisal experience other relevant real estate experience considered. Intermediate level Word and Excel skills.
